Performance results compare to unity diffuse shader on Lenovo A3500 (Mali 400 MP 2 ) in real game scene test:
27 FPS with Mobile Water Sea
29 FPS with Diffuse shader

To use simply drag a prefab into a scene and
adjust the parameters :
- Speed of water (via script)
- Height of sea wave
- Size of wave texture
- Size of wave cube map
- Size of wave specular Map
- Change Textures to suit your own needs
-Alpha transparent
-Specular power
note:this shader also supports transparent mode
